Another favorite are the chicken feet. Chicken feet are served in most Asian countries but the way they cook them here in China is simply a winner. This is a different take on the usual chicken meat as the texture is different—leaning towards sticky and gelatinous. In China, they are either steamed or dipped fried for the tissues to “pop” before cooking the chicken feet in some special sauce that is usually sweet and/or spicy.

Hun Dun

A hearty wanton that you’d easily fall in love with is Hun Dun. This is a form of Chinese dumpling and is served fried or in a soup.
