World Heritage Experiences 
Solimar Travel recently joined the World Heritage Alliance for Sustianable Tourism, an ambitious initiative of Expedia, Inc. and the United Nations Foundation, to promote sustainable tourism and awareness of UNESCO World Heritage sites and communities around the world. We have created World Heritage packages that offer you an opportunity to experience these amazing places. All of these packages are suggested itineraries and are fully customizable. As continued support of UNESCO World Heritage, Solimar will donate $50 for each booked World Heritage Package to the Friends of World Heritage. The United Nations Foundation will match this $50 for a total donation of $100 per package.
For any travelers that wish to support World Heritage and would like to make a private donation to the Friends of World Heritage, the United Nations Foundation and Expedia, Inc. will both match the donation, converting each $1 donated to $3 total. The World Heritage Alliance is currently running a campaign called "I am a responsible traveler," encouraging people to sign a responsible travel pledge and showing how individuals can travel responsibly when they travel.
