Namibia Travel Tips
One of the most underrated destinations in the world, Namibia is actually one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Often left out for other places, this offers a wealth of beautiful sights that will impress even the most discerning travelers. The country is nature’s finest and will wow you with its amazing diversity. Rich in wild life, with a stunning geography, and with the friendliest people, Namibia is a place you should see at least once. As an all year round destination, you can plan your holiday based on what activities you’d like to do while here. Before your visit, check out these tips first.
1. April to May is a beautiful period to visit.
If you are planning to go to Namibia for nature trips, the months April and May are highly recommended. This is the time when the weather is most pleasant. The air is fresh and revitalizing. In addition, the country’s vegetation is as green as can be. Also, this period is not that dusty, making it a great time to spend outdoors.
2. Stay hydrated.
Namibia has a dry desert climate which can drain your fluid and electrolyte levels. Make sure that you are drinking enough and that you have plenty of water with you during a long drive. The extreme weather condition in Namibia can be too much for some people. Have water with you all the time and always bring some snacks to keep your sugar level stable.
