Golf has really become popular in the last number of years in Costa Rica. The topography in the Central Valley and along the Pacific Coast off great locations for golf course. While in the San Jose area you will have a couple of championship 18-hole courses. For those of you that are planning a tip to the Guanacaste/Nicoya Area you will find a number of course, especially along the Tambor area.
